We try to send out orders within 24-48 business hours of receipt. Items that weigh less than a pound are sent via USPS with tracking. Items over a pound are sent via UPS. If you would like to arrange for expedited shipping, please contact us.
30 Day Return Policy
- We can not take returns of any customized items
- If you are returning a set of tiles, please be sure to place in a ziploc bag (if set is open), so no tiles are lost
- Returns can be sent to the address on our website. Once we receive the return and the item is in good shape, we will issue you a credit/refund less a $10 restocking fee. (please contact us with any questions).
